New Construction Beach Home just a few steps away from the beach! Enjoy beach views from the front porch or through our screened in back porch! 🏠This home exhibits an open floorplan with large windows, coastal furnishings, laminate vinyl tile flooring, and modern décor. The large windows in the living areas offer incredible views and plenty of natural lighting, as well as access to a furnished screened in, Gulf-view balcony. The living room features a grey couch, and four additional accent chairs that face a flatscreen TV above a beachy credenza. The open kitchen houses a dining table that seats 6 and bar that seats 5. It also boasts stainless-steel appliances. 🛏️There are three bedrooms in this home. The Master Bedroom is alone in the back of the home. This room features a king size bed with its own door to the screened in porch . The Master bathroom boasts a large shower and a vanity area with 2 sinks and a spacious closet. Bedroom 2 is located in the front of the home. This bedroom features a queen size bed with a smart TV! . Bedroom 3 is located across the hall from Bedroom 2, it features a double bunk bed with a twin trundle and a smart TV as well! The second bathroom is located between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3. 🔆Another benefit of staying at Coastal Thang is the downstairs entertainment area. The large open area is furnished with a hot tub, outdoor table, and lounge chairs that make it easy to relax in the shade and enjoy the beach breeze! 🏖️We have an umbrella, 4 beach chairs, and a beach wagon available for guest use! We ask that you rinse all of these items and allow them to dry before leaving! *NO WEDDINGS OR EVENTS ALLOWED *This property is monitored by a Blink doorbell on the front of the home and a security camera pointing down the stairs and facing the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.

There is a $400 deposit that has to be paid two days before check-in, this is to cover any damages or additional cleaning if property is not taken care of. If property is in satisfactory condition, this is refunded within 48 hours of check out. House keeping takes before photos and photos of home after check out.
